FS2004 Scenery for Whidbey NAS (KNUW) Washington USA.

This is a fairly accurate representation of Whidbey NAS (with AFCAD) based on Google pictures and custom and default objects for higher frame rates. While trying to be true to the scenery I nevertheless have taken liberal license due to the limitations of Micrsoft and my own very limited skill. I strongly recommend you download and install the military objects library "mcdmil.zip" by Michael Carr available from Flightsim.com or AVSIM.com as I used a number of these objects. The static and AI aircraft can throw quite a load onto the framerates as neither was designed as scenery but I could not find any proper statics for the aircraft and do not yet have the skill to attempt my own. For this reason, while the the static aircraft are already loaded, they can be removed by simply deleting the file "Whidbey_Static_Aircraft.BGL" from the scenery folder and removing the related texture files. I made a separate copy so you could decide to add or remove later. The AI is available as a separate download under the file name "WB_KNUW.zip". Sorry for the incovenience but several people noted they did not need the AI in my last release and as it takes up 1/2 the file it seemed worthwhile to try it this way.

To Install, just unzip, place, and activate the Whidbey_NAS folder in your Addon Scenery folder and you should be good to go.

For Example: Drive X:\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\Whidbey_NAS

I'm not big on instructions because everyone's computer is set up a little differently and if you are installing scenery you should know what to do with these files // HOWEVER // if you do have questions or need some help I will be glad to do whatever I can.

These files should not harm your computer. However I take no responsibility for explosions, floods, data loss, time inversions, or any other damage incurred by the use of these files.

All comments or questions are welcome and I hope you enjoy the scenery. This is my first scenery so be kind.
